Benefits regarding to the practice of Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do´s practice contributes decisively to the psycomotor education of children starting from the five years of age. In this context, the exercises should allow the child to take conscience of their body and their possibilities to express through this.

Like this, according to its philosophy and their basic precepts, all those that practice acquire control of the anxiety and its reduction at great levels; increase of the concentration; development of yours self-confidence; cohesion in group; communication and leadership. Besides, search as element of its essence: the courtesy, the integrity, the perseverance, the self-control and the untamable spirit, as contribution beginning for the human being education formation, turning they a citizen conscious of their duties to their family, the society and yours homeland.

The practice of T´aekwondo is very well recommended also for the women, being ideal for the restoration of the muscles (under the point of view of the health and of the aesthetics), improving the pulsation and the characteristics of oxigenation of the heart and of the lungs.
