Technical description of the movements:


MOA SAGUI United legs, looking forward, with the body weight distributed equally.

NARANI SAGUI Legs separated with distance of a foot, with the body weight distributed equally.

TUITTCHUK MOA SAGUI Sense´s position, united legs, opened feet 45th and body weight distributed equally.

PIONHI SAGUI Equal to narani sagui, and the feet stay with an hole from 45th of one to the another.

JUTCHUM SAGUI Lateral distance of two feet with the legs semi-flexioned, weight parallels feet and distribution equally.

AP SAGUI Frontal Opening of the base of a step, with the stretched legs; back feet with opening from 30th and equal distribution of the body weight.

AP KUBI SAGUI Lateral Opening of the width of the shoulder, frontal of a step and half; 70% of the weight in the front leg and 30% of the weight in back and opening leg of the back foot from 30th to 45th degrees.

TUIT KUBI SAGUI Lateral base in "L" shape, with 60% of the body weight in the back leg and the back foot forming an angle from 90th degrees.

AP TCHUK MOA SAGUI Legs united with the dismissal of the heels of the distance from a foot.

ANTCHON SAGUI Edge of the feet distant of a foot and lightly curved.

UEN SAGUI Legs away of the distance from a foot, with the left foot forming an angle from 90th degrees with regard to the right foot and turned to the left.

ANTCHON JUTCHUM SAGUI Llateral Opening of two feet with the legs semi-flexioned; feet lightly curved into and body weight distribution equally.

AP JUTCHUM SAGUI With the legs flexioned, used to combat; equal to position of boxing.

BOM SAGUI Knees flexioned, with the elevated front heel and the back foot forming an 45th degrees angle.

KIOTARI SAGUI Knees flexioned with the e feet and parallels, and frontal opening of half a foot.

OTCHA SAGUI "T" with the front foot with the elevated heel.

KOA SAGUI Legs crossed with back heel elevated.

RAKTARI SAGUI One of the legs with the elevated knee, defending simultaneously on top and in low.
